GLANMIRE WOLF SPOTTED AGAIN!

The much feared and dreaded Glanmire Wolf has been spotted once again. This time the beast was seen brazenly trotting through Glanmire Village, before stopping by the grotto to Our Lady of Lourdes to relieve himself. After this, the wolf disappeared from view altogether.

It's the 9th sighting of the wolf in the past 3 years, leaving some residents to wonder if the wolf is limiting his sightings to an average of once every four months in order to maintain some mystique.

Whatever the motive of the Canis lupis (wolf), he certainly bodes a fearsome and terrific presence, one which we at the Glanmire News Area feel this town could certainly do with.

In addition to the wolf's appearance, two residents were victims of a savage wolf attack by the very same wolf.
